Without you digital insurance would be a theory and not a practice !

Tech Guide for Insurance – Terms of Service

Our service is provided subject to these terms and conditions:

1. The Tech Guide for Insurance is a marketplace for buyers and sellers of insurance technology. The service is provided  by The Insight Consulting Group Pte Ltd – a Singapore registered company (for more info see : https://www.the-digital-insurer.com/insight-consulting/ )
2. Technology vendors are able to list on the Tech Guide for Insurance which is located at www.the-digital-insurer.com . We are contactable via [email protected]
3. The scope of services is determined by the Service Option selected as outlined in Appendix 1
4. The technology vendor may request changes to content once a month. Changes that are available within the configuration of the Tech Guide will be made without charge. Other changes may not be possible – or a customisation fee may need to be charged
5. The Technology vendor is responsible for the accuracy of the listing. The Tech Guide for Insurance reserves the rights to amend or edit any content that it deems, at its own discretion, to be not appropriate for the site
6. Any alterations to this standard contract that are agreed will be specified in our initial Quote. When the initial Quote is electronically accepted it is treated as signed.
7. The standard listing period is 12 months and the listing fee is paid annually in advance. We will contact you approximately 2 months before the renewal date to give you a renewal offer  for the service
8. In the event that fees are not paid we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to downgrade the listing to a free vendor listing or to remove the listing completely
9. In the event of a dispute both parties agree to discuss and amicably resolve any difference. Both parties agree that the  liability in the event of a dispute is limited to the total of the fees paid in the latest service period
10. You may at any time instruct us to remove any or all of the listing content. We will make the deletion in no more than 7 working days. Refunds will not be made in the event of cancellation or removal of content
