Course 1: Our Changing World – Changing Consumer Behaviours Lesson
The lesson on Our Changing Consumer Behaviours is delivered by Simon Phipps, Founder of The Digital Insurer, and provides essential knowledge and understanding of consumer behaviour and how changes in the behaviour of consumers might influence the insurance industry.
