Digital presence is quickly becoming a necessity rather than an option.  Availability across digital channels can noticeably increase leads, and help address different demographic market that may have been out of reach previously for insurers.

As Asia is witnessing the mobile revolution, insurers in Asia need to realign their sales and marketing strategy to take advantage of the evolving mobile platform. To get on the mobility bandwagon, insurers will have to leverage on in-house talent pool or learn the basics and partner with the right solution provider.
