In Australia, TAL, which is a life insurance carrier, has announced the launch of Claims Hub.
The platform has a dual role. Firstly, it guides and supports customers through their claims journey and secondly, it serves as a real-time claims info provider with access to claims settlement, claims acceptance rates, reasons for claim rejection and any questions or FAQs in video format.
TAL aims to provide support and clarity to customers during the claims process. According to Jenny Oliver, Chief Claims Officer at TAL: “The concept of creating an online Claims Hub aligns with TAL’s commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers. Our claims approach forms an important part of this and the Claims Hub is just one of the ways we are supporting our customers to feel confident that we will be there when they need us most.”
