SafeAuto Insurance, a P&C insurer from the USA, has selected the NOW solution from Thunderhead to provide standardised documentation on a single platform for policy, billing and claims document generation. Thunderhead is a Software-as-a-Service solutions company. NOW provides communication options for SafeAuto’s customers across channels such as printing and faxing, as well as emerging channels such as texting and web delivery.
SafeAuto needed to implement a solution that would integrate with Guidewire’s InsuranceSuite, a platform that supports the core operations of the P&C insurer. SafeAuto selected the Thunderhead NOW platform in Sept 2012 to streamline the creation and delivery of customer communications across the enterprise.
