RightIndem (UK) is a SaaS based self-service claims platform that reduces insurers and loss adjusters workload whilst improving customer service. Currently in private beta, RightIndem is aiming to transform claims journey and create a complete multi-channel claims process to help customers get their lives back on track as quickly as possible.

Rightindem addresses the two key issues with vehicle total loss claims:

  1. A poor customer experience
  2. Claims process is inefficient for insurers

To address the above issues, RightIndem developed a self-service platform based on the premise that customers can handle it efficiently. Along with that, completely online RightIndem portal is not restricted to office hours, enabling customers to interact with the claim at their leisure.

The result is significantly higher customer retention rates and substantially reduced costs of claims handling for the insurance company along with enhanced brand loyalty. Some of the other key benefits include:
