MySeg aims at improving consumer’s insurance experience by allowing all insurance matters to be easily and conveniently dealt with in one place – App or PC – with the help of a dedicated adviser.
MySeg provides a repository for consumers to store all insurance documents and information digitally. The consumer either uploads his documents in MySeg or mandates MySeg, for selected policies, to have access and manage, on his behalf, all relevant policies and records.
Thereafter, thru chat or telephone, MySeg will respond to client inquiries or advise him to optimize his insurance coverage, cost and management of all events; claims, change in risk or personal profile, renewals, a.o. MySeg will, therefore, intermediate any alteration of existing policies or subscription of new ones.
