MSIG Insurance, an Asian non-life insurer, turned to SAP in October 2014 to streamline operations, boost efficiency and enable growth in a fast changing regulatory environment. MSIG chose SAP’s Core Insurance Platform for its Singapore and Indonesia companies to standardise core processes to enable it to quickly bring new products to the market and help improve customer service and satisfaction.
The SAP solution brought together product design, policy administration, claims, customer service, commission management, billing, payment, and data insight functions on to a single platform helping MSIG to maximise its operational efficiency across different lines of business and locations, lower expenses, and strengthen the business infrastructure.
