Lifesmart has raised $12m from Foxconn and Haier SAIF, an IoT investment joint venture of Haier and SAIF Partners.
With current operations in China and the U .S.LifeSmarts product range includes:

• Door/Window sensor
• Environmental sensor
• UK Smartplug
• EU Smartplug
In addition to these hardware offerings, the LifeSmart app allows users to control a wide range of smarthome appliances, not only those from LifeSmart.
LifeSmart is also seeking more distribution channelsand enterprise customers including real estate developers and telecom carriers. It has entered partnership with real-estate developer Vanke, Jinmao, and telecom carriers like Sprint and China Unicom.
