CXA is Asia’s first insurance and wellness marketplace, which aggregates all the players, including employers, employees, insurers, hospitals, clinics, wellness and fitness providers. CXA launched in 2013 and aims to transform the B2B healthcare industry by deploying technology that redirects firms’ existing insurance spends into improving workforce health whilst reducing HR administrative workload and capping the rising cost of healthcare.

Specifically, CXA’s platform allows clients’ employees to select the most relevant mix of insurance and wellness services from a wide range of providers to suit their individual needs. Employees can then maximise their benefit dollars from CXA’s network of insurers, fitness studios, medical practitioners, nutritionists, health screening and disease prevention organizations.

Employers who buy their insurance through CXA brokers get other flexible benefits too; workplace wellness administration, data analytics and real time updates (lifestyle risks/ biometrics, activities, claims, costs) provide a holistic experience that minimises corporate health care expenditure. Employers utilise CXA analytics from claims, screening, wearables and lifestyle data to prioritise wellness interventions with the greatest impact on improving employee health.
