UK based Covea Insurance is partnering with Audatex, a claim solutions provider, to streamline Covea’s auto claims experience.
The partnership involves the advancement and use of Audatex’s new First Notice of Loss and Repair (FNLR) solution and Rapid Allocation Manager (RAM) which help claimants arrive at an unambiguous description of the damage to their car without requiring any technical expertise or assistance.
To achieve this, Covea is integrating into Audatex back-office systems enabling end to end claim processing, thus streamlining repair work allocation between Covea Insurance and its bodyshop network.
How it works?
Customers use RAM to find manufacturer-approved body shops/mechanics within their immediate vicinity. The platform then provides real-time updates to the customer on suitable and available mechanics with the details such as distance and travel time to the selected bodyshop.
“A first in the insurance industry, RAM provides another level of product personalisation for Covéa Insurance to offer its customers, while future-proofing its own systems to ensure it continues to lead the way in providing an exceptional level of service” said David Shepherd, Regional Managing Director at Audatex UKSA.
Ultimately, this initiative will enable Covea to settle most motor claims within 48 working hours in addition to significantly upgrading the customer experience.
