To protect US and Canadian commercial enterprises during cyber breach, Chubb launched a new Cyber Alert mobile application designed to give customers rapid incident response actions and resources in the event of a cyber incident.
Cyber Alert app requires users to create personal profiles with detailed policy and claim information required to speed up response times following a cyber incident. Once an event is reported, users can upload photos to response coaches that will investigate the impact and manage legal or regulatory concerns. Chubb’s Cyber Alert app can be used by individuals or be integrated into larger corporate incident response plans, according to the company.

The cyber response team comprises of independent third-party service providers, who can be contacted via smartphone and web in the event of a breach. The app is available real-time 24/7.
