Avibra app integrates well-being and life insurance

Launched in 2019 by Yogesh Shetty, the Avibra app offers a solution that fully integrates both everyday well-being and life insurance protection. The coverage is provided at zero cost to the users and is backed by an insurance giant with an A “Excellent” rating by A.M. Best, an external independent oversight entity.

Avibra is a 100% free-to-use app that rewards your good habits with life insurance coverage

The app provides coverage with a starting amount which can be topped up with good habits on a weekly basis. The coverage is guaranteed and non-conditional and can be used by downloading the app and you can have $15,000 – $25,000 (can increase but there is a limited cap) in coverage – topping it off weekly by users by exhibiting their good habits.

The app works with Arya, an AI platform which helps users set up the account and connect other apps and accounts, so they can track and reward good habits. The app is made fun and interactive to improve well-being and earn life insurance.

In-app activities include quizzes, short educational videos and a guided meditation series – meant to help users learn about how to improve their well-being. With each one being completed, the users are rewarded with a top-up in insurance coverage.

Arya automatically analyses daily purchases, activity levels and social interactions to find positive behaviours. Arya uses machine learning algorithms to figure out the user’s positive habits, taking the work out of the process while increasing the coverage automatically.

Arya learns more about these habits the more the user uses the app, encouraging them to improve their well-being. There is no purchase required to get either the app or the life insurance perks with the free version of the plan.

The Avibra app is interesting because it collects user’s daily good habits and provides life insurance coverage easily, which is a plus for many customers who are reluctant to buy insurance coverage because of the hassles of maintaining the premiums and barriers of not understanding insurance. As a result Avibra has the potential to disrupt the life insurance industry for good.
