In View Summary is a Portuguese startup that seeks to help companies automate their interactions, through AI and chatbots. Its technology aims to help companies respond to clients’ enquiries and also to generate leads and execute transactions. Although the scope of application of’s solution spans across many industries, the insurance and banking sectors have demonstrated most traction and account for more than 50% of the business. Specific templates have therefore been developed to speed up set-up which is programmed to happen in six weeks.

The solution consists of a cloud-based as a service platform that allows clients to autonomously edit chatbot contents without programming. uses:
