The SmartForce Customer On-boarding application has the following module:

a. Lead Management System
The Lead Management System will enable the user to keep track of the Leads generated through various channels. It will have the complete life cycle of the Leads.

b. Customer On-boarding Application
Customer On-boarding Application will provide all the necessary functionalities from Customer data capture to Issuance in the core system. The various modules of the Customer On-boarding Application will be as follows:
1. Integration to Financial Need Analysis
Integration of the customer on-boarding application to the existing FNA system to show the FNA results.
2. Integration to Benefit Illustrator
Integration of the mobile application to the existing Benefit Illustrator application. Agent will be able to calculate and show the premium offline and pass on the details to the BI system to generate the pdf.
3. Proposal Entry.
The Proposal entry module allows the Marketing person to do the data entry based on the details collected from the customer and enables the further processing to the next level. The Data Entry module will also validate the basic validations required for further processing.
The Scanning and Upload module will have both Mobile and Desktop (Web) versions to capture/scan the customer documents and upload the same to the central system where the further processing will happen
4. Issuance of Policy (Integration with the core application)
This module will forward the data to the core system through the staging server. The decision on issuance of policy will be taken by the core application and the result is shared back to the Customer on-boarding application.
c. Pre-Issuance verification:
• Gives an opportunity to verify the customer & Proposal details in more authentic manner.
• Display and read-out the details of the proposal to customer in vernacular language.
• Customer has the option to disagree and share the correct details during the process.
• Verify the customer at each stage by taking a Selfie, OTP verification and Video Declaration along with GPS co-ordinates.
• Verify the Agent/representative who has done the verification with the customer by taking a selfie and GPS.
• Backend portal to provide details captured along with images and video to Underwriters.
• The report can be downloaded as pdf and attached to the proposal kit
