没错,中国三大互联网公司正不断拓展它们在各个服务领域的业务。但是,我认为他们是保险公司的潜在合作伙伴,而不是竞争对手。

5.在全球供应链中已经有了一些区块链用例,财产保险公司该如何利用区块链?您是否在商业保险业务(如海运保险)中看到过使用案例?

几个月前在海运保险中我确实看到了运用区块链的例子……今年4月,一艘装有12,000个集装箱的货轮在海上被烧毁。当然了,许多货主、货运代理商、保险公司和再保险公司都对此次事件有保险权益。在传统的索赔处理过程中,保险公司需要耗费大量人力物力以及时间。通过区块链,每个人都可以预订一切服务,索赔处理流程就变得非常快。我相信肯定有相关人士正在大力发展区块链这项技术。
